A short-term contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide compensatory services within an elementary school setting in Greenwood, IN. This role is designed to support ongoing speech-language services during a transitional period and involves working alongside a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who manages the caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compensatory speech-language therapy services to elementary students under the supervision of an SLP.
- Assist with individual and group therapy sessions focused on speech and language development.
- Collaborate with the SLP to implement treatment plans and monitor student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and participate in team meetings as needed.
